We&#39re looking for stars! BPO Hunters wanted. We are looking for the right combination: solutions based sales experience and high motivation for a world class organization. Base $125K-155K DOE. Realistic first year earnings of $250K-$300K+. Third year target comp is $400K-$600K.

My client is one of the elite, global, full-service providers of Business Process Outsourcing solutions in the world. With almost a billion dollars in revenue last year, the company has a variety of offerings to sell. These solutions, coupled with world-class employees, partners, and clients, have resulted in many successes over the years and will continue to position the company as a leader in the BPO Space. Responsibilities: 1.Makes presentations to senior level executives in order to generate interest and close business. 2.Generates proposals to socialize the program specifications at all levels in order to close business 3.Develops and delivers pricing in order to provide cost estimate for clients. 4. Provides strategic consulting to C-level clients.

Requirements:  Five years consultative sales experience. Must have at least three years experience selling BPO services. Must have demonstrated experience in carrying a $3 million personal quota and experience closing large ($250K-$5M), complex deals. Must possess a high degree of integrity. Verifiable Pipeline. Demonstrated ability to sell multi-million dollar outsourced projects. Understand complex sales solutions. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to actively seek out new prospective customers on large complex sales opportunities. In addition to developing first rate proposals, handling both the technical and administrative requirements of complex sales, this individual is also expected to increase partner and customer satisfaction ratings, to enhance our strategic position as the preferred industry partner, to establish very high-level relationships with customer and partner executives, and to achieve competitive victories. You will work out of a virtual office, so no relocation is necessary.
