Posting Job Title:Inbound Sales Representative Requisition #: 139312BR Posting Location: Columbus, OH, US Area of Interest:Customer Service/Member Services Position Type: Full Time Posting Job Description Purpose: The purpose of this job is to answer incoming sales calls to meet customer's needs through selling cable and other services and providing quality customer service over the phone. Essential Functions: Answer incoming sales calls to meet customer needs through selling cable and other services. Provide quality customer service over the phone. Meet all expected departmental goals. Ensure that phones are answered in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Support Sales Department in handling new subscriber orders, account inquiries, and other tasks as assigned. Support Customer Service Department for tasks as assigned. Following up with customers on canceled installations, changes of service, field checks, etc. Attend all meetings and trainings. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work a flexible work shift: Monday - Friday between the hours of: 12:00pm-10:00 pm and Saturday/Sunday between the hours of:9:00 am - 7:00pm (one day off during mid-week) Qualifications: Sales professional preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required and/or higher education preferred. Sales in a dedicated call center environment preferred. Demonstrated sales goals. Previous experience working in an inbound call center taking high volume calls up to 30-50 per day. Sales experience of 1-4 years in a Retail/Telecom environment is preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Familiar with an enterprise customer billing and order entry system. Sales ability to handle all customer inquiries effectively Data entry skills, Computer savvy ability to multi-task. Knowledge of the sales cycle.
