How do I get a job?

To get started go to www.CallCenterCareers.com and register as a call center job applicant. Login to Call Center Careers and upload your online resume. Do this by clicking on the Edit online resume link on the left hand side of the screen. Select your privacy preference, select your location and then upload your objective and your resume. Once finished press save on the top right hand corner. Once your resume is uploaded employers can see it when they search through the resume database. Then go to the new search link under job search tools on the left hand side of the page and search jobs. Apply to jobs that are interesting to you.


How do I apply for a job?

Once you have uploaded your resume and found a job that you want to apply for, press the apply button on the job posting. When you press apply while logged in, you instantly apply for the job.


Can I post a resume confidentially?

Yes. When you are uploading your resume choose the Employers see resume but not contact information on the Privacy from employers preference question. This will allow the employers to see your resume but not your contact information. Please note if you choose this option do not put your contact information in the body of the resume because employers will then be able to see it.


How do I edit my existing resume?

Once you have your resume uploaded you can edit it. Log in and click on the edit resume icon on the left hand screen. This will bring you to the Edit Resume page where you can change and edit your resume. When finished press save on the top right hand corner.


How do I look at my finished resume?

To look at an uploaded resume press on the view icon under online resume on the left hand side of the page. This will bring up your resume in its own window just as employers will see it. If you don't see your changes, be sure to both save your resume and to reload the preview screen.


Is there a fee for job applicants?

No. It is free to register, upload your resume, create cover letters, search for jobs and apply on line for jobs at Call Center Careers.


I can't log in. What's wrong?

If you experience difficulty logging in, be sure your Caps Lock key is off and try logging in again. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder by clicking the forgot your password? link on the login screen or by calling customer service (toll free) at 1-877-562-8588.
