What could be done at your company to improve the "customer experience" with your employer?
The customers I talk to are generally satisfied. I don't get many complaints. My company does a good job of training me and caring for the customer.
They don't like the automated responses they have to enter just to get to talk to a live person.
Hold time. By the time they finally speak to me, they are not always in the greatest of moods.
I would like to be better trained so I could be more helpful to the people I talk to.
